Inconel 625 stud bolts are specified where standard stainless steel or carbon steel fasteners cannot cope with the operating environment. The alloy carries a nickel-chromium-molybdenum-niobium composition that gives it strong resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking — which is why it is a default choice in offshore platforms, subsea pipelines, LNG terminals, and high-pressure refinery piping.

We supply Inconel 625 stud bolts to ASTM B446 and ASTM A193 in double-end, tap-end, and full-thread configurations. Sizes from M6 to M56 and ¼" to 2". All material supplied with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates as standard. 3.2 witness inspection available on request. NACE MR0175 compliant stock available for sour service applications.
