Grade 8.8 and 8.9 anchor bolts are specified for structural and equipment foundations across EPC, power, and infrastructure projects. They are used to secure columns, vessel skirts, compressor bases, turbine pedestals, and pipe rack structures to concrete foundations. The higher proof load of Grade 8.9 is preferred in heavy equipment applications where bolt pre-tension is critical.
